Terms and Conditions

Terms are prepaid via Check, Money Order, Cashiers Check or Credit Card unless prior arrangements for credit have been established. In the event credit has been approved, terms are net 30 days from date of invoice. Interest charges are billed at 1 1/2% per month on past due invoices. 

Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice. When price changes are necessary, we will make every effort to provide advance notice, allowing reasonable time for customers to make adjustments.

Our lowest price guarantee refers only to identical (size, weight, color, manufacturer, etc) products advertised by a legitimate and reputable industrial matting distributor in either digital or printed format, which must be validated and approved by a US Mat Supply™ customer service representative. Purchase of affected products is required and request for refund must be received in writing (US Mail or equivalent) within 30 days of purchase. Freight, shipping and/or minimum charges are not considered in pricing. Please allow 6-8 weeks for receipt of refund checks. Charge accounts must be current and/or funds must be cleared at time of receipt to be eligible. Does not include product # CL20.

Shipping Charges
All orders are shipped prepaid via United Parcel Service whenever practical. When UPS limits are exceeded, we strive to ship the least expensive, most direct way, unless otherwise specified by the customer.

Product Specifications
Specifications for all products are subject to change without prior written notice, when such changes are made to achieve improved product appearance, design or performance. Items effected in this manner are not recognized as valid reasons for return.

Color Selection
Product colors and textures are reproduced on our web site as accurately as possible, we are not responsible for the output of our customers' monitors or printers. Colors and textures represent average production runs and may vary slightly from time to time, depending on dye lot and compound variations. Final color selections should be made from actual samples.

Sizing
Due to the inherent qualities of rubber, plastic and vinyl and their manufacturing processes; all sizes on any of our products will have a tolerance of (+) or (-) 3%.

Product Warranty
Unless otherwise stated, all products sold by US Mat Supply™ are warranted against manufacturing defects for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase established by the date of invoice. Any product determined to have a manufacturing defect will be replaced or repaired at the option of US Mat Supply™. Product damage as a result of abuse or abnormal usage will render warranty void and null. Any product suspected of manufacturing defects must follow return conditions set forth below in Claims and Returns.

Claims and Returns
US Mat Supply™ does not accept any returns of merchandise, without verification of a manufacturing defect or error. Please contact Customer Service for assistance in making arrangements for returns. No merchandise will be accepted for return unless prior authorization is given. When return authorization is granted, merchandise must be returned to us freight prepaid with the return authorization number affixed to the outside of the container in which the merchandise is shipped. Authorization to return merchandise is valid for thirty (30) days. Upon receipt of the returned item(s), US Mat Supply™ will at no charge thoroughly evaluate the product for manufacturing defects. If the product is determined  to be defective, we will replace the item at no charge. If you wish to receive a replacement product prior to an evaluation, you will be charged for that item. However, if the product is determined to be defective, the original invoice for that item will be credited.

Please note that if under mitigating circumstances an exception is made to our return policy, a re-stocking charge of no less than 30% will be deducted from any refund or credit. We however at no time will refund or credit any freight charges.

Cancellation
Cancellation of orders must be made prior to the manufacture and/or shipment of the product and must be done in writing via email, US Post Office or equivalent. If an order has already been manufactured and/or shipped it will be subject to the return policy set forth above in the "Claims and Returns" section. All custom sizes, logos and custom orders may not be cancelled except as noted below in the "Custom / Special Order" section. Orders that are made prepaid via a check, money order or credit card will be refunded by a like manner after all funds have cleared and a 5% charge for handling and processing will be deducted from any refund due. Refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days from conformation of cleared funds.

Custom / Special Orders
Custom or special orders (such as Logo Mats) that are "in production" or have already been shipped may not be cancelled for any reason and may only be returned as set forth above in the section Claims and Returns. All custom / special orders requiring artwork (such as Logo Mats) must be approved by customer in writing prior to start of production. 

Damaged Goods / Shortages
To protect your interests, it is imperative to inspect and count articles before accepting shipment. Damages or shortages should be documented on the freight bill. If damage or shortage occurs, contact Customer Service for assistance in filing a claim, According to ICC regulations, filing claims with freight carriers is the responsibility of the consignee. Claims for lost or damaged goods cannot be honored after six (6) months from the date of shipment.

Limits of Liability
Customer acknowledges that the price of US Mat Supply™'s products is predicated on the enforceability of the following limitation of liability and that the price would be substantially higher if US Mat Supply™ could not limit its liability as herein provided and that customer accepts this limitation of liability in exchange of a lower price: US Mat Supply™ shall have no liability to customer for and including but not limited to  lost profits or any special, consequential, exemplary or incidental damages of any kind weather arising in contract, tort, product liability or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such lost profits or damage. Customer also agrees to indemnify and hold harmless US Mat Supply™ for and including but not limited to damages, injuries or deaths of any kind and/or for any reason from the use or misuse of any product purchased, supplied, manufactured or brokered through and/or by US Mat Supply™.

Jurisdiction
Customer acknowledges that the jurisdiction for any legal action between US Mat Supply™, any of its representatives, employees or officers and the customer initiated by either party will take place solely in Chesterfield County, VA.

Quotations
All quotations oral or written must be documented with a valid quotation number. Quotations are only valid with with this quotation number and for a period of no more than 60 days.

Privacy & Security
US Mat Supply™ uses a SSL (Secure Socket Layer) from Thawte and provides the latest security standards for its customers to request information and to purchase its products. The customer may need to provide personal contact information (i.e. email address) and/or financial information (i.e. credit card number) to complete a transaction. The contact information is used to send order conformation, orders, product information and other customer requests about our company and its products. The Financial information that is collected is used to bill the customer for items purchased. We DO NOT store at any time, any of this financial information on our servers, in-house computers or files. Your transaction and all of its financial information is only seen and used by your credit card processing center to complete the purchase.
